1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ComeAap application or accessing comeaap.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Use is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim are prohibited from real-money gaming.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawals.

4. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

ComeAap hosts games of skill as defined by the Supreme Court of India. All random events are governed by a certified RNG audited by independent third parties. Collusion and automated bots are strictly prohibited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to UPI-registered bank accounts. ComeAap does not charge standard withdrawal fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses including the ₹10,000 Welcome Bonus are subject to a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of registration.

7. Liability Limitations

ComeAap operates as an independent promotional platform. We do not directly process wagers or financial transactions. ComeAap shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or use of illegal proceeds
• Providing false registration or KYC information
• Reverse engineering or exploiting software
• Circumventing geo-restrictions via VPN/proxy
• Harassment of other players or staff
